BPO service engagement options

■       Extended Team This engagement model involves assigning BPO Service Center manpower resources, individually or as a team, to support LR-specified LR processes, allowing the LR to leverage labor arbitrage advantages. As the term denotes, BPO Services resources are essentially an offshore extended team of the LR-local support operations team. The Extended Team engagement is a practical way for an LR to “test the waters” of shared services before committing to full outsourcing of any of its support functions.
